Julie Axley Bailey is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Acunis Wealth Partners. Julie specializes in guiding clients through significant transitions such as divorce, bereavement, business sales, and retirement. She offers bespoke family office services to C-suite clientele. Julie has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor and leader in the field for over 24 years.
As a distinguished member of Wells Fargo Advisors' Private Investment Management program (PIM®), Julie is among a select group of advisors who meet rigorous criteria based on experience and expertise, enabling her to serve as a personal portfolio manager. This prestigious designation allows her to develop customized portfolio management strategies tailored to the unique needs of Acunis Wealth Partners' families and corporate clients.
Julie’s professional journey includes valuable experience at UBS, Morgan Stanley, and Credit Suisse enriching her expertise and perspective towards planning and investing. Her achievements also include serving as President of the Buckhead Business Association and as an ex-officio member of the esteemed Buckhead Coalition, which comprises the top 100 CEOs and business leaders in Buckhead/Atlanta, GA. Additionally, she served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Children's Shelter for over six years.
Academically, Julie graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in Corporate Finance and Investments from East Tennessee State University and pursued post-graduate studies at the University of London in England. She is licensed with Series 7, Series 66, as well as various insurance credentials. Julie resides in Atlanta with her husband and business partner, Jansen Bailey, and their three children, who attend The Westminster Schools.

With over 18 years of experience serving both corporate and personal wealth clients, Jansen has established himself as a leading professional in the financial industry, particularly in the retirement space. Jansen's notable career includes key roles at UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, where he was recognized as an endowment and foundation consultant, retirement plan expert, and sought-after speaker. He also focuses on CEO founders, business owners, and executives, offering high-touch services such as liquidity planning, business sales, pre-sale planning, transaction planning, exit strategies, tax strategies, capital gains strategies, estate planning strategies, and succession planning.
He employs a hands-on approach to assist his non-profit and corporate clients in evaluating their plans to help ensure they meet fiduciary requirements, are competitively priced, properly structured, and achieve organizational goals. Jansen also conducts employee education and one-on-one meetings with participants, extending his wealth management services to owners and executives.
In addition to his corporate expertise, Jansen provides comprehensive retirement planning to personal wealth clients approaching or currently in retirement. His services encompass pension maximization strategies, in-depth asset allocations, investment reviews, lending services, insurance policies, and trust and estate planning strategies. He collaborates with his clients' CPAs, tax advisors, estate attorneys, and other professionals to create customized retirement plans.
Raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Jansen graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina with a degree in Finance. He and his wife, Julie, reside in Atlanta with their three children. Jansen enjoys golfing, fishing, and skiing.

Eldon Lu is a Client Associate at Acunis Wealth Partners, where he supports the leadership team by providing tailored reports and ensuring AWP’s client needs are met with the highest level of service. A recent graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Eldon earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a collateral in Accounting. Graduating with a commendable cumulative GPA of 3.67, Eldon distinguished himself academically, receiving honors such as the Distinguished Tennessean Award and the Volunteer Scholarship Award. His dedication to excellence is further exemplified by his consistent performance, achieving Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude honors throughout his academic career.
During his time at university, Eldon gained valuable hands-on experience as a Torch Fund Manager, where he co-managed a portfolio exceeding $700,000 in assets under management. His role involved monitoring macro-economic changes, developing investment models, and seeking new investment opportunities through Bloomberg. Additionally, as a Credit Analyst Intern at Citizens Bank, Eldon honed his analytical skills by collecting and analyzing client financials, assisting in loan underwriting, and drafting loan narratives. His proficiency in utilizing databases to determine asset values and his ability to analyze market conditions have equipped him with a solid foundation in financial analysis.
Eldon’s leadership and volunteer experiences further underscore his commitment to service and teamwork. As a member of the Deloitte Audit Innovation Campus Challenge, he contributed to developing innovative ideas and supporting his teammates in creating visual presentations. His volunteer work at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center involved improving operations, assisting with patient reception, and communicating needs for administrative action. Certified as a Bloomberg Master in various financial instruments, Eldon brings a strong interest in learning the needs of AWP’s multi-generational families and supporting corporate business groups to his role at Acunis Wealth Partners.

Her previous roles include positions at SunTrust Investment Services and Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management, where she independently managed smaller accounts, conducted portfolio analyses, and handled complex financial transactions. Her experience at Deutsche included roles such as Registered Sales Associate and Wire Operator, where she ensured accuracy in trade-related transactions and resolved discrepancies efficiently.
Beginning her career at Robert Half International and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Chevyone gained valuable insights into administrative support and the intricacies of the financial sector. She holds an Associate of Business Administration from Baltimore City Community College and a Principles of Finance Certificate from Baruch College. Proficient in numerous investment software and platforms, Chevyone is well-equipped to handle the dynamic demands of the financial industry, leveraging her extensive knowledge and skills to benefit her clients and organization. She has her Series 7 registration as well as Life and Health Insurance and Annuity licenses.
